As a Digital Designer specialising in UX/UI, I produced end-to-end design solutions using modern tools and methodologies. My role covered everything from initial research and stakeholder workshops to delivering interactive prototypes ready for development handover.

Key contributions included:

• User research & UX audits — gathering insights on user behaviour, pain points, and business objectives

• Information architecture & content mapping — structuring content hierarchies to improve usability and engagement

• Wireframing in Figma and Adobe XD — translating concepts into low- and mid-fidelity layouts for stakeholder review

• High-fidelity UI design — creating polished prototypes with brand-compliant colour palettes, typography, and imagery

• Interactive prototyping — building dynamic, clickable flows to simulate real user journeys

• VisitScotland Email UX Project — contributing to a large-scale overhaul of VisitScotland’s email marketing ecosystem, applying UX best practices to improve readability, accessibility, and engagement metrics

This varied experience honed my skills in rapid iteration, responsive design thinking, and communicating effectively with clients across industries. My wireframes and prototypes have directly informed the development of digital products that are not only visually engaging but also conversion-focused, accessible, and scalable.
